Stocksfield carried out the entire development of this wonderful private residential property. Our works included site investigations and setting out, all subsequent groundworks and drainage, construction, internal fit out and external landscaping and surfacing works.
The resulting property is spacious and light with fantastic living areas including a spacious living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, utility room, 5 bedrooms, study, and 4 bathrooms and integral double garage.
A key focus on the project was the inclusion of sustainable energy production; therefore solar panels and an air-source heat pump were couple with an advanced underfloor heating system to ensure energy consumption was kept to a minimum benefiting the end user and the environment.
