Currently in its final phase Stocksfield have carried out the construction and development of 18 properties, situated in a suburb of Bradford.
‘Vulcan Mills’ BD4 is a fantastic new residential development featuring a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom two storey homes. Ideal for families the site is situated close to local amenities, schools and only 2 miles from Bradford City Centre.
The brownfield site previously housed a health centre for the local village which was subsequently relocated and the building demolished. This provided a unique opportunity to construct affordable, high quality dwellings in an area of Bradford in desperate need of additional housing.
